Neighbours Church also employs professional people in the nursery in working with kids who have ECE or university equivalent. Currently Natalia Anderson, graduate of Ottawa University in this area is working with the babies and toddlers and our volunteers to ensure a safe environment.

Board

Our church board is made up of an advisory board of experts in ministry and church planting from across Canada and around the world who have been affirmed by the congregation at the October 2024 AGM (all are Canadian citizens). This advisory board will stay in place until the church reaches a place to appoint members of the congregation to the Board as the congregation grows in maturity. The current board is made up of: the church planting director of our denomination the ACOP Cal Ellerby, the Director of Ontario for the Mennonite Brethren Trevor Seath, PAOC Missionary in South Africa Jeff Mazik, and the head of Message Canada and Missiologist for the ACOP and C2C, Bill Hogg.
